April 26-28 @ Pipsico
Concave this year is in our backyard so make sure you sign up and represent the Mighty Duck Lodge!
We currently have 103 members of our Lodge signed up for Conclave 2024 at Pipsico Scout Reservation the weekend of 26-28 April 2024. We are at 53% of our registration goal, as of February 12th.
If you haven’t signed up yet, please do so at your earliest opportunity. You can register at: 2024 E9 Conclave Registration. You can order the Section E9 Conclave memorabilia items at this website. Our Lodge t-shirts and Conclave flaps are not listed on the Section E9 registration form.

Lodge Conclave flap sets, and the Lodge t-shirt are separate orders from the Lodge and can be found at: Colonial Virginia Council – 2024 Wahunsenakah Conclave Merchandise (scoutingevent.com). We separated our Lodge order form from the Section to make it easier for our Admin and Trading Post Team to purchase and coordinate the distribution of your orders.
Note that there are two swag packages – you have your choice of a cotton or tech fabric t-shirt. Also, the packs come with seven (7) pair-sets of the Conclave patches because we now have seven Lodges in our Section including our own. These packs are a great way to obtain a personal set of patches and one set to trade with the other six Lodges if you desire. Otherwise, you can order the t-shirts and individual 2-patch sets separately. Orders for Lodge patches and t-shirts will NOT be taken after 11:59 PM ET on Friday, 5 April 2024.
If you haven’t renewed your membership and paid your annual Lodge dues, do that at the same time you register for Conclave and order your Lodge swag. Pay your dues at: Colonial Virginia Council – 2024 Lodge Dues (scoutingevent.com)
